DIDs · Toll-free · Caller-ID API

Local caller IDs for every call your dialer places.

DIDTFN supplies local DIDs and toll-free numbers, then hands your VICIdial or Asterisk dialer a matching caller ID on every attempt: same area code first, then same state, then rotation.

Caller-ID portal

One portal for your numbers, clients and call results

Every account gets the DIDTFN portal at cli.didtfn.com. It's where you organize numbers, connect dialers and see how each number is performing.

Batches with live and rest periods

Group numbers into batches that run for a set number of days, rest, and come back on their own. Schedule the next batch ahead of time.

Area code, state or rotation

Choose per batch how the caller ID is picked, with an automatic fallback when no local number is free.

Daily limit per DID

Cap calls per number per day, so volume spreads across the pool instead of wearing out a few numbers.

IP whitelist and API keys

Each client gets its own key and allowed dialer IPs. Unknown IPs are refused and logged.

Rejection reports

See SIP 603, 607 and 608 rejections by day, route, batch and supplier, plus the numbers that need attention.

Usage and Discord alerts

Caller IDs used per client per day, with CSV export. Alerts reach your Discord when rejections rise or a pool runs low.

Setup

Four steps from order to first call

  1. Pick your numbers

Tell us the states and area codes you call, or send the numbers you already own.

  2. We open your portal account

Your batches are loaded and your dialer servers' IPs are whitelisted.

  3. Paste the dial plan into VICIdial

The portal builds it with your prefix, route and trunk. It goes into the carrier's Dialplan Entry.

  4. Start dialing

Each call asks for a caller ID matched to the number being dialed, and reports how the call went.

Admin → Carriers → Dialplan Entry

Your exact dial plan, with your portal address and keys, is generated inside your client portal.

Calling responsibly

Numbers stay healthy when calls are wanted

  • Signed calls. Calls are signed with STIR/SHAKEN A attestation through your carrier.
  • Registered numbers. Register your DIDs with the caller registries and the major call-analytics providers. The portal's rejection reports show which numbers to start with.
  • Consent and DNC. Call people who agreed to hear from you, and scrub lists against the Do Not Call registry.
  • No block evasion. A call refused with 603, 607 or 608 isn't redialed from a fresh number. Fix the number's reputation instead.
